- Promote the benefits of Sam’s Club memberships.
- Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to meet membership goals.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Manage “Click ‘n Pull” and “Fax ‘n Pull” orders.
- Pull, scan, wrap, and palletize items.
- Ensure order accuracy and address out-of-stock items proactively.
- Member Service Excellence:
- Greet members and assess their needs.
- Assist with product recommendations and purchasing decisions.
- Address member concerns and promote company offerings.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Conduct safety sweeps and follow procedures for hazardous material handling.
- Comply with all company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
