Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Plan and manage workforce scheduling to meet business demands.
- Team Development:
- Train, coach, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular interactions to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
- Service Quality & Improvement:
- Review service quality audits and identify areas for improvement in service delivery and food quality.
- Develop and implement action plans to address any gaps.
- Customer Relations:
- Handle customer requests and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:
- Work closely with the Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Career Progression:
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Restaurant Manager position.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in Food & Beverage Service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and driving process improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who can inspire and lead.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Must comprehend Chinese menus and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers, business partners, and associates.
