About the Role
We are looking for experienced Traffic Controllers to ensure the safe and efficient movement of traffic on our infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Safely manage the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, prioritizing safety for workers and the public.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust operations in real-time for a safe work environment.
- Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns to site supervisors.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, team members, and the public.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: At least 12 months as a Traffic Controller, capable of managing traffic in varied conditions.
- Certifications:
- Current Traffic Control Ticket (TCR).
- RIISS00055 Traffic Management Implementer ticket.
- Valid construction safety card (White Card).
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Desirable: PWZTMP Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan ticket.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, safety-focused mindset, and flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
