Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (STMU) has opened admissions for the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program for the class of 2029. This prestigious program is offered through the Shifa College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, which is accredited by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. Admission Test and Exemptions

The entry test will be conducted by National Testing Services (NTS) in Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar.

Reserved Seats and Merit Distribution

The program reserves 10% of seats for students with terminal qualifications from foreign educational systems (e.g., GCSE, Cambridge) or dual nationality holders. An additional 2% of seats are reserved for nominees of the proprietors, partners, and directors of the pharmaceutical industry, and 5% are reserved for children of registered pharmacists.

Merit Computation and Interview Process
The merit for admission will be computed based on the following criteria:

  • F.Sc or equivalent + STMU Entry Test: 60%
  • Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs): 20%
  • One-on-One Interview: 20%

Shortlisting for interviews will be based on a 50% weightage from the HSSC or equivalent qualification and a 50% weightage from the STMU Entry Test or other recognized valid tests.
