Your Role: Packer in the Packaging Team
Join our Packaging Team and play a key role in ensuring our automotive headlight bulbs are ready for delivery to retail customers. As a Packer, you’ll be involved in the critical final step of our production process, ensuring our products meet quality standards and reach customers on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Excellence: Assemble, pack, weigh, and label cartons for shipment or storage while maintaining product integrity.
- Quality Inspection: Check finished products and packaging to ensure they are damage-free and meet standards.
- Labeling & Documentation: Ensure accurate labeling and complete necessary documentation.
- Inventory Management: Handle materials carefully, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Fast-Paced Work: Operate efficiently at the equipment’s set pace while adhering to company guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, stretch, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs independently.
- Reliability & Attention to Detail: Dependable team players with excellent organizational skills.
