Compensation
Starting pay for Shift Managers begins at $13/hour (based on experience).
Your Role as a Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee team performance, handle shift planning, and maintain McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Maintaining food safety standards.
- Managing crew performance and scheduling.
- Overseeing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security within the restaurant.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
