Vacancy Introduction

Luxaviation, a leader in global business aviation, is looking for passionate and highly qualified In-Flight Service Providers (ISP) to join their Asia Pacific team. The role is primarily based in Singapore but may involve rotations across the region.

Job Purpose

The ISP will uphold Luxaviation’s commitment to safety, operational excellence, and 5-star customer service. You’ll ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while adhering to the company’s Flight Operations policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance:
  • Assist pilots in the safe and efficient execution of flights.
  • Maintain safety standards in the cabin, galley, and other aircraft areas.
  • Brief passengers on cabin safety and the use of equipment.
  • Coordinate cabin safety and emergency procedures while informing the flight deck of any irregularities.
• Passenger Experience:
  • Deliver silver-service catering tailored to passenger requirements.
  • Ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Complete all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties promptly.
  • Keep operational documentation updated in compliance with company protocols.
  • Manage and maintain aircraft equipment, stocks, and supplies.
• Professional Standards:
  • Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, appearance, and presentation.
  • Ensure the upkeep of personal documents, including passports, visas, licenses, medical records, and vaccinations.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Pilot in Command (PIC) or passengers.

Essential Requirements

• Adaptability to flexible working hours, including extended periods away from home.

Desirable:

• Experience with Bombardier Global type aircraft is an advantage.
• Preference for candidates based in Singapore, though exceptional applicants from nearby countries may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible, dependent on flight schedules.
