The Role: Crew Team Member
As a Crew Team Member, you are the heart of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. From greeting customers with a friendly smile to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, your contributions play a vital role in our success. You’ll have the opportunity to work in various areas of the restaurant, including drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ensure their satisfaction.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and present food items according to McDonald’s procedures, prioritizing food safety.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, co-workers, and customers.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, and customer spaces clean and sanitary.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with your team, taking initiative to support restaurant goals.
- Adaptability: Learn and operate multiple workstations while adjusting to changing needs.
- Promotions: Recommend menu items and encourage customers to engage with McDonald’s apps and surveys.
- Stocking and Inventory: Ensure supplies are readily available for smooth operations.
