Your Role as a CSR
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the welcoming face of our branch, ensuring clients have a positive experience through friendly service and accurate banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Build rapport with clients, fostering trust and lasting relationships.
- Accurately perform banking transactions while paying close attention to detail.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and adapt to technological changes with ease.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.

Qualifications
Education & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in 10-key and keyboarding tasks.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a personable demeanor.
- Technologically adept, with smart device and digital channel proficiency.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or client relations is preferred.
