As a Retail Stocking Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our shelves are stocked, our store is organized, and our customers have a great shopping experience. Whether you’re handling merchandise, helping customers, or supporting your team, your work will directly impact the success of our store and the satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products to ensure the store is well-supplied and merchandise is easily accessible for customers.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their inquiries and providing a friendly, helpful shopping environment.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, safe, and organized, following all safety guidelines and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members on various tasks, including unloading deliveries, setting up displays, and restocking inventory as needed.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities assigned by the store management team to support the overall operations of the store.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting. Must also be comfortable standing and moving throughout the entire shift.
- Schedule Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Teamwork Skills: Strong communication abilities and a commitment to reliable attendance.
- Certification: Willing to undergo training and become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IPP).
