Key Responsibilities
- Innovative AI Projects: Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into innovative AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Model Development & Integration: Work with technical leaders to develop, deliver, and integrate advanced AI models into Oracle’s services.
- Global Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams across international locations to take projects from concept to production.
- Cutting-Edge AI Solutions: Use advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and deep learning to design world-class solutions.
- Excellence in Development: Follow best practices in data management and model evaluation, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and senior applied scientists to foster growth and drive excellence.
- Coding & Engineering: Write production-grade code, ensuring scalability and robustness in AI implementations.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in project reviews, retrospectives, and strategic planning.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of business and technical goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in designing, deploying, and scaling AI models for real-world applications.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Evaluation & Data Pipelines: Expertise in building and maintaining data collection, annotation pipelines, and systematic evaluation processes.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest AI advancements and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
- Publications: Proven expertise demonstrated through lead authorship in top-tier journals or conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI applications in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Experience in Agent technologies and related advancements.
Education & Experience
- PhD/Postdoctoral Experience: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Industry Experience: At least 6 years in relevant roles.
