About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll join our professional and friendly Doctor Maintenance Team, playing a critical role in maintaining and administering our comprehensive database of doctors, medical practices, and hospitals. You’ll use your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data processes, contributing to our overall goal of improving healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Database Management:
  • Employ problem-solving skills to manage and update the database of doctors, hospitals, and medical practices.
  • Input accurate and timely data into internal systems.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Respond to emails from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone inquiries from doctors and medical practices with professionalism.
  • Liaise with Medical Liaison Officers, department heads, and pathologists to confirm data accuracy.
  • Contact doctors and hospitals to ensure up-to-date information is maintained.
• Cross-Functional Skills:
  • Collaborate across brands within the Healius group, including Dorevitch and QML Pathology, to maintain database consistency.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
  • Assist with organizational change initiatives.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
